King's Court is a fantastic care home. The staff are very patient with our relative, they make him laugh, give him lots of encouragement, interact and discuss any changes prior to them taking place.
We are made so welcome when we visit, lots…
John Y (Son of Resident)
"Mum needed respite care. She has never been in a care home and when I looked around it seemed homely and friendly. She likes the food comments on how much there is and likes the choice available. She says that tablecloths are changed regularly and the cutlery is always laid out according to your choice of food. She says staff are always on the go, work really hard and are lovely and friendly - "nothing is too much trouble". Mum has a room that is comfortable and they have done everything possible to make her feel at home. The home is quite spacious in the communal areas compared to others that I looked at for her... The manager and staff are amazing and could not be faulted in their care. I have felt confident in having mum in their care. They have gone out of their way to help and sort things out - even taking mum for a small eye operation to hospital."
Christine S (Daughter-in-law of Resident)
"If you want a home that cares, assists and gives their all 100%, then this is the home. They all do what they can when they can with no fuss or problem. Just ask and they will help, any information and they will give. Any problems then just voice your opinions or problems to them and they will do their best to assist. One of the friendliest care homes with good food and good standards. Do not be afraid to ask anything whether it be about the home, in or out or your loved one, small or otherwise, they will listen and try and do the best to accommodate. I can not praise them enough."
Christine W (Daughter of Resident)
"Nice atmosphere - motivated staff- Dad looked clean, tidy, happy. Dad does gardening and handles pets all of which he loves. It is good to see him happy and well looked after by happy staff."
Janet J (Wife of Resident)
"I am very pleased with the standard of care, kindly and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. I am also impressed with the attempts to stimulate my husband's interest in various activities. The opportunity to make friends with other elderly gentlemen made such a difference to him. He is very happy here."
Peter A (Resident)
"I am very happy here, the staff look after me well. All my needs are met. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful with all my needs. The home is clean, I was able to bring my reclining chair and television from home. I am able to sit in the garden when I want to."
G C (Son of Resident)
"Home staff are friendly, compassionate and caring. Any issues regarding care are taken on board and dealt with immediately."
James N (Son of Resident)
"My mother has been resident here for 6 months. In this time she has been happy and her wellbeing has improved. She has settled well and likes all the staff. On my part, it's the first time in a couple of years I have not had to worry about her. I feel she is safe here."
Kristina C (Daughter of Resident)
"My mom stayed here only for a week before she sadly passed away, and I can't thank the staff enough especially one lady in particular who was there for me and supported me when mom passed away. I cant thank you all enough. Thank you."
S G (Daughter of Resident)
"Very helpful. Able to view any concerns and put things into place if needed."
