Garden Fete at Kings Court

Kings Court held a garden Fete on Saturday the 19th of August to raise funds for a new Karaoke machine for the residents, everyone had a lovely time with lucky dip, hook a duck and lots of other stalls available on the day!

Sing Along at The Chanters

The residents at The Chanters Care Home enjoyed the homes monthly entertainment a sing along with Pam Shaw, who covered an array of songs from the 50’s 60’s & 80’s. Lauren the activities coordinator was joined by the care staff and volunteers for a fun filled afternoon

Win the bear!

Appleby Care Home’s Steve Taylor has set up a fund raising project at the home. For just £2 you can be in with a chance of winning a life size Teddy Bear. All proceeds will go to the Residents Comfort Fund.

Fun ‘Sun’day

Residents at Rose Martha Court enjoyed an animal filled afternoon with beautiful exotics where they got to be hands on with Snakes, Spiders, Skunks and other animals. There was a BBQ also with hand made burgers and a raffle to win some tipple. Much fun was had by all.
