To ensure none of our teams had that ‘midweek feeling’, day three of Staff Recognition Week was crowned ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ with a host of pampering gifts on offer at Larchwood Care homes.
The day was all about encouraging our teams to take some time for themselves, to relax and rejuvenate.
At the start of the day, gift bags containing self-care items such as hand cream, bath bombs and shower gel were handed out to staff, with fresh fruit available all day.
In addition, we celebrated the excellent training achievements of our team members with extra annual leave up for grabs in a prize draw.

An impromptu beauty bar was set up at Eastwood Court in Giffnock with positive messages for staff as they came to collect their beautifully wrapped wellbeing gifts.
In Hapton, near Burnley, the Wordsworth House team were delighted with their beauty gifts and fresh fruit!
