The 4th day of Staff Recognition Week 2022 was dubbed ‘Thirsty Thursday’ with a bevy of (non-alcoholic) bevvies on offer throughout the day for team members at Larchwood Care homes.
While enjoying a can of their favourite fizzy pop, staff were also encouraged to take part in a guess the baby competition to win a prize.
The baby photos, including some very familiar faces, caused quite a lot of excitement across the homes, not least from our residents.
With a whole host of awards and certificates handed out too, it was not your average Thursday!

The residents and team members at the Chanters in Atherton, Manchester enjoyed trying to fathom which mini member of staff was which in their guess the baby competition.
Cans of soft drinks were raised to celebrate 100% training achievements at Wordsworth House near Burnley – well done on winning the prize draw Lindsey!
There were more fizzy pop-fuelled celebrations at Highfield near Canterbury with certificates and prize draws galore!
