5 Weeks for 4 Respite Break Promotion

The ‘5 Weeks for 4 Respite Break’ promotion refers to a week’s free respite care for an individual who has stayed for 4 previous qualifying weeks of respite care at the same participating Larchwood Care home within the specified qualifying 12-month period. The qualifying 12-month period may be different for each participating Larchwood Care home and the start and end dates for each home’s qualifying 12-month period are clearly labelled below.

The 4 qualifying weeks of respite care do not need to be taken all at once and can be spread out across the home’s qualifying 12-month period, subject to availability. Unless stated otherwise below, there is a minimum 1-week respite stay at Larchwood Care homes.

The free week of respite care will be awarded on completion of the 4^th qualifying week of respite care and is valid for 6 months from the date of notification.

Larchwood Care respite stays are subject to a pre-admission assessment and prices vary depending on care requirements.

Larchwood Care homes participating in the offer and their qualifying 12-month periods:

• Stambridge Meadows in Rochford, Essex.

Stay for any 4 weeks of respite care between 22^nd November 2021 to 22^nd November 2022 and get a 5^th week of respite care free of charge.

• Cams Ridge in Portchester, Fareham.

Stay for any 4 weeks of respite care between 29^th November 2021 to 29^th November 2022 and get a 5^th week of respite care free of charge.

• Appleby in North Shields, North Tyneside.

Stay for any 4 weeks of respite care between 6^th December 2021 to 6^th December 2022 and get a 5^th week of respite care free of charge.

• Dove Court in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

Stay for any 4 weeks of respite care between 6^th December 2021 to 6^th December 2022 and get a 5^th week of respite care free of charge. There is a minimum 2-week respite stay at Dove Court.

• Great Horkesley Manor, near Colchester, Essex.

Stay for any 4 weeks of respite care between 6^th December 2021 to 6^th December 2022 and get a 5^th week of respite care free of charge.

Our respite stays include the following:

• Accommodation
• Personal care
• All meals, drinks, and a selection of snacks
• Laundry service
• A range of health and wellbeing-centred activities
• Access to our Oomph On Demand digital activity and entertainment platform
• A range of in-house social events
• TV in your own room
• WiFi in communal areas

Items at an additional cost, not covered by the offer include but are not limited to the following:

• Professional beauty care such as hairdressing
• Private health treatments such as chiropody and physiotherapy
• Non-emergency transportation
• Personal items such as clothing and beauty products
• Private communications such as line rental, personal broadband, and calls
• Meals for guests
