Set in the coastal town of Shoreham-by-Sea, our residents love taking in the sea breeze on warmer days. Our newly landscaped front garden has raised flowerbeds and accessible pathways for those with a love of gardening to enjoy. While our tranquil courtyard at the heart of the home is the perfect place to catch up with loved ones or relax with an ice cream.
Our dedicated activities co-coordinator spends time with each new resident to discuss their social interests and hobbies. This enables us to ensure that everyone's tastes are catered for with something to enjoy every day, From quizzes to pampering, music therapy to flower arranging, our team ensure there is never a dull moment at Cavell House!
Delicious and nutritious food is an important part of life at our care home in Shoreham-by-Sea. Our catering team are committed to ensuring our dining experience is high-quality, tailored to individual tastes and requirements and a wonderful social occasion. With home-baked treats the star of the show, the daily Cavell House afternoon tea has become a firm favourite with our residents.

A warm welcome to Cavell House Care Home in Shoreham-by-Sea.
We’re less than 10 minutes-walk from the Shoreham seafront and our residents love taking in the sea air in our beautiful outside areas.
Our expert team deliver excellent nursing, dementia and respite care in a friendly and supportive environment.
With well-appointed bedrooms, many with garden views, we are proud of our homely atmosphere and person-centred approach to care.

The last few weeks have been very difficult for us all. All the staff have risen to the occasion magnificently. The staff are happy, hardworking and caring. We can't praise them enough. My father is very happy here, he's well-fed and cared for, above all he is loved. Thank you.
Although I live outside UK and can only visit my mother infrequently, Cavell House has always looked after her well, especially during these dangerous times. When my wife and I are able to visit, the staff, medical and managerial people have always been good. Management also communicates well in-between visits.
I was very pleased that we found this care home for my mum, all the staff were very kind and loving towards my mum.
Thank you very much for all your help. We as a family could not have coped alone.
