Testimonials

Fran B (Daughter of Resident)

When your loved one moves to care home, you think no one can look after them better than family, the staff at Whitby House are family and care for them with love, care and professionalism.

D V (Wife of Resident)

My husband has been in Whitby House for 6 months now and settled in quite well. He finds the care good and the staff friendly and also enjoys the meals. There are several activities in the lounge each week which he joins in (unless to tired) and he has been taken out twice which he's enjoyed. The staff are welcoming when we visit and ready to discuss any problems that may crop up.

June C (Daughter of Resident)

I have been really pleased with the care given to Mum. Staff also show empathy to family and friends when visiting. All mum's needs have been met as her condition has deteriorated, especially how quickly the staff picked up on the fact that Mum needed to have pureed meals.
