Role Summary

About the position

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will conduct essential checks such as fire alarms, water temperatures, and emergency lights to ensure the safety and functionality of our premises. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining C/H boilers, domestic boilers, and conducting fault finding as needed. In addition, you’ll address general repairs to the building’s interior and exterior, ensuring its smooth operation. While a general understanding of health and safety protocols is preferred, in-house training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role. What you’ll bring to the team

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Plumbing, Electrics, Joinery and Decorating
• Communicate effectively within a team environment, fostering collaboration and efficient workflow
• Passing satisfactory DBS checks
• Display initiative and the ability to work autonomously when necessary
