This week is Staff Recognition Week across our care homes, and what better way to start than with Motivational Monday!
This was the perfect opportunity for colleagues, friends, managers and the head office team to share thanks for the incredible work that goes on in Larchwood Care homes every single day.
Thank you cards and gifts were handed out to staff as they arrived for their shifts, and team members were encouraged to complete notes of thanks for each other to display on a special thank you board.

The team at Avonbridge in Hamilton wasted no time in getting their messages of thanks up on the board. They also received a beautifully decorated box of Malteasers as a small gift.
The team at Wordsworth House in Hapton wasted no time in writing messages of thanks to each other and were presented with handmade sweetie cones on arrival.
While at Broomfield Court in Glasgow, “Go Team Broomfield” was the message as they received thank you cards, a chocolatey gift and completed their own messages of thanks.
